Securities Policies definition

Securities Policies means the Securities Act (British Columbia), and all other applicable securities acts, legislation, policies, rules and instruments of the provinces and territories of Canada and adopted by the securities regulator or regulatory authority of such jurisdictions, as such may be amended from time to time.
Securities Policies means the Securities Acts and all applicable securities policies, rules, instruments and legislation of the provinces to which such Securities Acts relate, as such may be amended from time to time.
Securities Policies means the Securities Acts of the Provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario, and all applicable securities policies, rules, instruments and legislation adopted by the Securities Commission of such provinces, as such may be amended from time to time.

  • D&O Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.06.

  • Claims Made Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(b).

  • Company Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 4.15.

  • Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.

  • Securities Regulatory Authorities means the securities commission or similar regulatory authority in each province and territory of Canada that is responsible for administering the Canadian securities legislation in force in such jurisdictions;

  • Mandatory Policies means the following of our business policies and codes:

  • Securities Trading Act means the Securities Trading Act of 2007 no.75 of the Relevant Jurisdiction.

  • R&W Policy means a representation and warranty insurance policy for the benefit of Buyer obtained in connection with this Agreement on the terms described on Schedule 1.01 of the Buyer Disclosure Schedule.

  • Policies shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.1(b) hereof.

  • Insider Trading Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time.

  • Securities and Futures Ordinance means the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong);

  • securities regulatory authority or “SRA” means a body created by statute in any Canadian or foreign jurisdiction to administer securities law, regulation and policy (e.g. securities commission), but does not include an exchange or other self regulatory entity;

  • Shared Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(b).
