Security Trustee Liens definition

Security Trustee Liens means any Lien attributable to the Security Trustee with respect to the Aircraft, any interest therein, or any other portion of the Collateral, arising as a result of (I) claims against the Security Trustee in its individual capacity not related to its interest in the Aircraft or the administration of the Collateral pursuant to the Security Agreement, (II) acts of the Security Trustee not permitted by, or failure of the Security Trustee to take any action required by, the Operative Agreements, (III) Taxes against the Security Trustee or any of its Affiliates not required to be indemnified by Borrower under the Loan Agreement, or (iv) claims against the Security Trustee arising out of the transfer by the Security Trustee of all or any portion of its interest in the Collateral, other than a transfer permitted by the terms of the Operative Agreements or pursuant to the exercise of remedies set forth in Section 5 of the Security Agreement.

Related to Security Trustee Liens
