Security Trustees definition

Security Trustees means, collectively, the First Lien Security Trustee, the Second Lien Security Trustee, the Third Lien Security Trustee and the Fourth Lien Security Trustee, and “Security Trustee” means any one of them.

Security Trustees means the Canadian Security Trustee and the U.S. Security Trustee.

Security Trustees means the Australian Security Trustee and the UK Security Trustee, or either of them as the context requires.

• Accordingly, to the extent that any rights and claims are assigned by the Issuer to the Security Trustee for security purposes in accordance with clause 5 (Assignment for Security Purposes), in insolvency proceedings on the Security Trustee's estate, such rights would be segregated (Aussonderungsrecht) as assets of the Issuer held in trust.

• Any liberty or right which may be exercised or any determination which may be made under this Agreement by the Security Trustee may be exercised or made in the Security Trustee's absolute discretion without any obligation to give reasons therefor and the Security Trustee shall not be responsible for any liability occasioned by so acting but subject always to the terms of the Deed of Charge.

• Lender shall indemnify and reimburse the Security Trustees, to the extent that the Security Trustees are not indemnified and reimbursed by Borrower or any Subordinated Lender or any third party, against and for all and any losses referred to in Section 38.27 (Indemnification of Security Trustees out of the Security).

• Lender shall not have any independent power to enforce, or have recourse to, any of the Charged Property or to exercise any rights or powers pursuant to the Security Documents except through the Security Trustees.

More Definitions of Security Trustees

Security Trustees means the Bank Group Security Trustee and the Target Group Security Trustee.

Security Trustees means Wellx Xxxgo Bank, N.A. and R.T. Xxxxxxxx, xx Trustees, under the Indenture of Mortgage, and their respective successors in trust thereunder, and whenever any action shall be required to be taken herein by the Security Trustees or notice be given to the Security Trustees, action by or notice to either Trustee shall constitute compliance therewith.
