Seed Stock definition

Seed Stock means seed that is owned by Corteva or a Corteva Licensee that is made available to a Grower to produce a Production Crop.
Seed Stock means those seeds of turf type grasses which are to be planted for seed increase or with intent of seed increase.
Seed Stock means immature or sub-legal stages of shellfish available for culturing or planting purposes.
