Segment A definition

Segment A means the portion of the System containing the Shima Cable Station and the four fiber pair facility from Shima, Japan to Branching Unit 1.

  • The main product groups in the Group Annuity product line used in the calculation of the ACs include: Group Annuity Segment business ("GAS"), Defined Contribution business ("DC"), Group Pension Segment A business ("GPSA"), Prupar business, Separate Account Investment Only business, Separate Account GIC business, and Synthetic GIC business.
