Seller Equity Plans means the Seller 2013 Omnibus Incentive Plan, as amended, the Seller 2021 Omnibus Incentive Plan and, in each case, including any sub-plan.

Seller Equity Plans means the Yahoo! Inc. Stock Plan, as amended and restated on April 8, 2014 (and effective June 25, 2014), the Yahoo! Inc. Directors’ Stock Plan, as amended and restated on October 16, 2014, and any other equity plans under which awards were assumed by Seller in connection with prior acquisitions.

Examples of Seller Equity Plans in a sentence

  • Seller hereby represents and warrants to Buyer that the number of shares of Seller Common Stock subject to issuance pursuant to the exercise of Options issued and outstanding under the Seller Equity Plans is, and shall be as of the Effective Time, not in excess of 2,154,712.

Related to Seller Equity Plans

  • Company Equity Plans means the Company’s 1994 Stock Option Plan, 1998 Stock Option Plan, 2000 Stock Option Plan, 2003 Equity Incentive Plan and 2005 Equity Incentive Plan, each as may be amended from time to time, and any stock option agreements, award notices, stock purchase agreements or other agreements or instruments executed and delivered pursuant thereto.

  • Equity Plans meanss the stock option and incentive plans adopted and maintained by the Company from time to time.

  • Parent Equity Plans means all employee and director equity incentive plans of Parent and agreements for equity awards in respect of Parent Common Stock granted under the inducement grant exception.

Although any Sub-Plan may be designated a separate and independent plan from the Plan in order to comply with applicable local laws, the Absolute Share Limit and the other limits specified in Section 5(b) shall apply in the aggregate to the Plan and any Sub-Plan adopted hereunder.

  • Old Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 6.8(b).

  • Benefit Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.13(a).

  • Company Employee Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).

  • Purchaser Benefit Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 8.7(d).

  • Equity Awards will mean Executive’s outstanding stock options, stock appreciation rights, restricted stock units, performance shares, performance stock units and any other Company equity compensation awards.
