Seller Equity Plans means the Seller 2013 Omnibus Incentive Plan, as amended, the Seller 2021 Omnibus Incentive Plan and, in each case, including any sub-plan.

Seller Equity Plans means the Yahoo! Inc. Stock Plan, as amended and restated on April 8, 2014 (and effective June 25, 2014), the Yahoo! Inc.   • Your use of the Services following the posting of any Updated Terms constitutes Your unconditional acceptance and agreement to be bound those changes.

Related to Seller Equity Plans

  • Company Equity Plans means (i) the Company’s 2014 Equity Incentive Plan as amended and restated from time to time, (ii) the Company’s 2004 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended and restated from time to time and (iii) the Inference Technologies Group Inc. 2018 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended and restated from time to time.
