Senior Executive Personnel definition

Senior Executive Personnel means the Individuals employed from time to time as the general manager of the Managed Facility and the general manager’s direct reports and other executive staff serving such functions, regardless of the specific titles given to such Individuals.
Senior Executive Personnel means the individuals employed from time to time as the general manager of the Hotel and the director of finance for the Hotel.
Senior Executive Personnel means the individuals employed from time to time with oversight responsibility for the Lounge.

  • The Senior Executive Personnel Additional Benefit Pool shall accrue in an Operating Year and shall be payable in the following Operating Year.

  • Compensation to Senior Executive Personnel shall be payable solely from the Senior Executive Personnel Additional Benefit Pool and to the extent the Senior Executive Personnel Additional Benefit Pool is insufficient, such insufficiency shall be paid by the Operator.

  • An amount equal to one-twelfth of the Senior Executive Personnel Additional Benefit Pool for an Operating Year shall be payable directly to the Operator from the Facilities Operating Account each month.

  • If the Schedule of Additional Benefits varies from the amount of the Senior Executive Personnel Additional Benefit Pool for such Operating Year by more than 5%, the City and the Operator shall meet to discuss such variance and may mutually agree to amend the amount of the Senior Executive Personnel Additional Benefit Pool set forth in Section 7.6.1 above; provided however, that neither party shall be obligated to agree to any such amendment.

  • The Operator further covenants and agrees to instruct and direct each of its Senior Executive Personnel that while such person is employed by the Operator at the Facilities during the Operating Term, the employee cannot enter a contract to provide services to, accept employment with, or otherwise perform services for or on behalf of (directly or indirectly), any golf course other than the Golf Courses.

  • To the extent the amount of the Senior Executive Personnel Additional Benefit Pool is increased in accordance with Section 7.6.2 or 7.6.3 above, the amount of such withdrawal shall be increased so that the total amount of the Senior Executive Personnel Additional Benefit Pool for such Operating Year shall be paid to the Operator during such Operating Year.

  • The City is entering into this Agreement with the Operator upon the expectation that the responsibilities of the Operator and the General Manager hereunder are full-time responsibilities, and that the responsibilities of the Operator’s Senior Executive Personnel will be full-time responsibilities.

  • From and after expiration or termination of this Agreement the Managed Facilities Personnel shall not be restrained by this Agreement in making their own decision as to whether to be employed by Owner, Manager or their respective Affiliates and Manager and its Affiliates may employ any of the Senior Executive Personnel or any other Managed Facilities Personnel who desire employment with Manager or its Affiliates and who Owner does not employ.

  • Such compensation shall generally be calculated as a percentage of the lesson fee amount, with the percentage to be determined depending on the experience and certification level of the Senior Executive Personnel member, all as provided in the Operations Manual.

  • Senior Executive means the chief executive officer, chief operating officer, chief financial officer, and anyone in charge of a principal business unit or function.

  • Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under sub-paragraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:

  • Expatriate Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile outside India;

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Service Provider or by any Subcontractor as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part there of;
