Promptly, but in any event within five (5) Business Days after the execution thereof, copies of any amendment, modification or supplement to any of the Senior Unsecured Notes Documents or the Organizational Documents of the Borrower or any Subsidiary.
In connection therewith the Borrower will from time to time provide to the Administrative Agent copies of existing drafts of the Senior Unsecured Notes Documents as requested by the Administrative Agent, and the Borrower will also promptly deliver to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders copies, certified by a Responsible Officer as true and complete, of each Senior Unsecured Notes Document following the incurrence of any Senior Unsecured Notes.
