Series 2021B Bonds definition

Series 2021B Bonds means the Colorado Bridge Enterprise Senior Project Infrastructure Bonds (Central 70 Project), Series 2021B (Taxable) issued in the original aggregate principal amount of $[PARB] pursuant to the Indenture and the First Supplemental Indenture.

Series 2021B Bonds means the Taxable Airport System Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2021B, authorized to be issued by Article II of this Fifty-third Supplemental Indenture.

Series 2021B Bonds means the County’s not exceeding $5,000,000 Hospitality Tax Revenue Bonds, Series 2021B authorized to be issued hereunder.

• The Series 2021A Bonds shall be issued in fully registered form and shall be numbered from 21AR-1 upwards and the Series 2021B Bonds shall be issued in fully registered form and shall be numbered from 21BR-1 upwards, unless specified otherwise in an Officer’s Certificate.

More Definitions of Series 2021B Bonds

Series 2021B Bonds means the Issuer’s $[ ] Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds, Series 2021B (Federally Taxable – Green Oaks of Goshen Project) (with such further or different series designation as may be necessary, desirable or appropriate, including such series designation to indicate the year in which the Bonds are issued).

Series 2021B Bonds means the Issuer’s Retirement Facility Revenue Bonds (Buckingham Senior Living Community, Inc. Project) Series 2021B Bonds issued pursuant to the Restructuring Transaction.

Series 2021B Bonds means those certain bonds to be issued by the Industrial Development Authority of the City of Kansas City, Missouri in the amount of $27,000,000.

Series 2021B Bonds means any or all of the $[ ] Miami Dade Industrial Authority Taxable Workforce Housing Revenue Bonds (CFC- Miami Beach Properties LLC- Miami Beach Workforce Housing Project), Series 2021B issued under the Indenture.

Series 2021B Bonds means the $182,480,000 aggregate principal amount of Louisiana Local Government Environmental Facilities and Community Development Authority Revenue Refunding Bonds (Entergy Louisiana, LLC Project) Series 2021B authorized to be issued pursuant to the Indenture.

Series 2021B Bonds means the Issuer’s Health Care Facilities Revenue Bonds, Series 2021B (Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network Project).

Series 2021B Bonds means the Authority's Lease Revenue Bonds (Manassas Park, Virginia Projects), Series 2021B (Taxable). "Series 2021 Bonds" means the Series 2021A Bonds and the Series 2021B Bonds.
