Service Level Indicators definition

Service Level Indicators means the indicators, if any, included in the Agreement, used to check Contractor’s performance in providing Services.
Service Level Indicators means the service level indicators set out in Annex A to Schedule 5 being the performance standards to which the Services must be provided continuously whilst this Contract remains in force;
Service Level Indicators means the service level indicators set out in the table in Schedule 5 for evaluating the performance of the Service Provider under the Contract, as may be adjusted under the Contract.‌‌‌

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.
