  • As soon as practicable, but in no event later than ten (10) business days after the Execution Date, Class Counsel shall move the Court for a Preliminary Approval Order preliminarily approving this Settlement Agreement and the Settlement Class Notice Program (“Motion for Preliminary Approval”) pursuant to the procedure set forth in Section III.B of this Agreement.

Related to Settlement Class Notice Program

  • Settlement Class means, in respect of each Proceeding, the settlement class defined in Schedule A.

  • PACE Program means a program implemented by a municipality to stimulate energy efficiency and renewable energy projects in conformity with Act 270.
