Settlement Relief definition

Settlement Relief means the payment to be made from the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members who submit Approved Claims.
Settlement Relief means all relief available to Settlement Class Members under this Agreement, including the Injunctive Relief and the Claim Review Relief described in Sections IV and V.
Settlement Relief means the payment to be made from the Settlement Fund to Class Members with Known Addresses and Claimants who submit Approved Claims.

More Definitions of Settlement Relief

Settlement Relief means all relief available to Settlement Class Members under this Agreement.
