Severity 3 issue definition

Severity 3 issue means an issue that causes the failure of a non-critical aspect of the Questionmark Perception application and a satisfactory work-around already exists but the presence of this issue will result in user dissatisfaction. This is the default priority.

Examples of Severity 3 issue in a sentence

  • In these circumstances, the State will consider the associated Severity 3 issue resolved and the Contractor will establish a new issue at the State determined Severity for management and tracking.

  • Changes can occur due to changes in the system (e.g., a Severity 3 issue written against a component may increase to a 2 or a 1 following an architectural redesign), or due to acquiring more knowledge about the system.

  • A Severity 3 issue may be downgraded if one of the following occurs: (i) during the course of the investigation it has been determined that the Licensed Software is not the cause of the issue; or (ii) customer confirms the severity level can be reduced for other reasons.

  • A Severity 3 issue is a medium-to-low impact problem that includes partial non-critical loss of cluster access or which impairs some operations on the cluster but allows the End User to continue to function on the cluster with workarounds.

  • A Severity 3 issue may be upgraded if the impairment spreads to key functionalities of the CorDapp.

  • Rogers will respond within two (2) Business Days from notification of a Severity 3 issue.

  • The Severity 3 issue is a type of Error that causes only minor impact on the use of the Software.

  • Severity Level means the actual impact of a Defect on a user’s operational environment as further described in the table below.

  • Endpoint means any Federal Reserve Bank, financial institution, local clearing house, courier or other entity or location for the delivery of cash letters or other presentment of Electronic Items or Substitute Checks.
