Shipper History definition

Shipper History means the total volume (in Barrels) of a Shipper’s Crude Petroleum actually shipped on the Pipeline during the Base Period. If Carrier has been in operation less than twelve (12) Months, then Shipper History shall be the total volume (in Barrels) of Shipper’s Crude Petroleum actually shipped on the Pipeline to date, excluding volumes shipped in the Month preceding the Proration Month.
Shipper History is defined in the Rules and Regulations and shall be deemed to be the Annual Volume Commitment for the first twelve (12) months, and thereafter shall be deemed to be the greater of the Annual Volume Commitment and actual shipments.
Shipper History means what is set forth in Item 1.6 of Carrier’s Prorationing Policy found in Exhibit A herein.

Examples of Shipper History in a sentence

  • Shipper, an affiliate of the Shipper or a party whom the Shipper has given the right to transport the Shippers’ Crude Oil, shall, at all times during the Term, earn and hold one hundred percent (100%) of the Shipper History in its own name as the “shipper of record” of Shipper’s Crude Oil for purposes of any apportionment or allocation of capacity on the Knight Warrior Pipeline as provided in the Rules and Regulations.

  • For any purpose under these Rules and Regulations for which Shipper History is relevant, Assigned Shipper History shall apply to the Assignee Shipper as though it had been performed by the Assignee Shipper itself.

  • Carrier shall be given notice of such assignment in writing by the twenty-fifth (25th) day of the month prior to the month in which an apportionment decision by the Carrier is expected to include the Assigned Shipper History in apportionment.

  • Except as may be prohibited by a regulatory agency Shipper may assign its Shipper History to another Shipper (“Assignee Shipper”) (“Assigned Shipper History”).


More Definitions of Shipper History

Shipper History means (a) for a Regular Shipper other than a Committed Shipper, the monthly average of such Regular Shipper’s volumes of Crude Oil actually shipped over the Base Period, and (b) for a Committed Shipper, the greater of (i) the monthly average of such Committed Shipper’s volumes of Crude Oil actually shipped over the Base Period (or such portion of such monthly average that shall not result in an allocation to any other Committed Shipper under step 2 below that reduces such other Committed Shipper below its Committed Volume) and (ii) the Committed Shipper’s Committed Volume.

  • Shippers means the party or parties who agrees with Carrier for transportation of Petroleum.

  • TPS means a third party supplier which is authorized by law to sell electric service to a customer using the transmission or distribution system of Duke Energy Progress.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

  • Producer means any broker, insurance producer, agent, general agent, managing general agent, master broker agency, broker general agency, financial specialist or other Person, including any employee of the Ceding Company or its Affiliates, responsible for writing, marketing, producing, selling or soliciting Reinsured Contracts.

  • Shipper means the party who contracts with Carrier for the transportation of Crude Petroleum under the terms of this tariff.

  • Electrical contractor means an electrical contractor as defined in the Regulations;

  • Producers means all LBMs, MGAs, brokers, agents, general agents, COLI specialty brokers, broker-dealers, producers or other Persons who market or produce the Policies and who (a) have been appointed by the Company, and (b) are entitled to receive Commissions from the Company.

  • High-temperature coating means a high performance coating labeled and formulated for application to substrates exposed continuously or intermittently to temperatures above 204oC (400oF).

  • AES means the Advanced Encryption Standard, a specification of Federal Information Processing Standards Publications for the encryption of electronic data issued by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (xxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxx.xxx/nistpubs/FIPS/NIST.FIPS.197.pdf).

  • Compression Ignition Engine means an internal combustion engine with operating characteristics significantly similar to the theoretical diesel combustion cycle. The regulation of power by controlling fuel supply in lieu of a throttle is indicative of a compression ignition engine.

  • Biodiesel means a fuel composed of mono-alkyl esters of long chain fatty acids derived from vegetable oils or animal fats, and, in accordance with standards specified by the American society for testing and materials, designated B100, and meeting the requirements of D-6751, as approved by the department of agriculture.

  • Supplier Operations means all assets, processes and systems (including information systems), data (including Customer data), personnel, and sites, used or processed by Supplier from time to time in the performance of this Agreement.

  • financial service supplier means any natural or juridical person of a Party wishing to supply or supplying financial services but the term “financial service supplier” does not include a public entity;

  • licensed water supplier means a company which is the holder for the time being of a water supply licence under Section 17A(1) of the 1991 Act(f);

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Biodiesel blend means a fuel comprised of a blend of biodiesel fuel with petroleum-based diesel fuel, suitable for use as a fuel in a compression-ignition internal combustion diesel engine.

  • Interconnection Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission.

  • Customers means such brokerage or other customers or investment advisory or other clients of a Recipient, and/or accounts as to which such Recipient provides administrative support services or is a custodian or other fiduciary.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Transporter means a person engaged in the off-site transportation of hazardous waste by air, rail, highway, or water.

  • API means American Petroleum Institute.

  • BGS shall refer to the State of Maine Bureau of General Services.

  • Biodiesel fuel means a renewable, biodegradable, mono alkyl ester combustible liquid fuel derived from agricultural plant oils or animal fat such as, but not limited to, soybean oil. For purposes of this definition, “biodiesel fuel” must also meet the specifications of American Society for Testing and Material Specifications (ASTM) D 6751-02, “Standard Specification for Biodiesel Fuel (B100) Blend Stock for Distillate Fuels,” and be registered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as a fuel and a fuel additive under Section 211(b) of the Clean Air Act, 42 U.S.C. Sections 7401, et seq. as amended through November 15, 1990.
