Shopify Terms of Service definition

Shopify Terms of Service means the agreement, including the Shopify Acceptable Use Policy and any other documents incorporated by reference, as may be amended from time to time, under which Shopify Inc. provides Borrower with the Shopify Services.

  • If there is a conflict or inconsistency between the terms of the Shopify Plus Agreement and either of the Shopify Terms of Service or the Shopify Privacy Policy, then the terms of the Shopify Plus Agreement shall prevail to the extent of any such conflict or inconsistency.

These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.
