Sidewalk Patio definition

Sidewalk Patio or “Patio” means a group of tables and chairs and other accessories situated and maintained upon a public sidewalk for the use and consumption of food and beverages including alcoholic beverages or sale of goods sold to the public from, or in, an adjoining or adjacent indoor food and beverage or retail establishment located adjacent to the business.
Sidewalk Patio means an area outside of an eating or drinking establishment used or designed to be used for patrons that is located on the municipal sidewalk adjacent to and abutting the establishments frontage.
Sidewalk Patio means a Patio that is located on a sidewalk.
