Seating accommodation. The employer shall provide employees with suitable seating accommodation at their place of work where practicable.

Seating accommodation. 43.1 When requested by, or on behalf of any employees, and where reasonably practicable to do so, seats shall be provided by the employer for employees:
a) where work is done standing and reasonable opportunities occur to take advantage of resting during the employment; or
b) where a substantial proportion of the work can be properly done sitting down.
43.2 Employees shall be allowed to use the seating facilities provided at all reasonable times without interfering with the proper discharge of their duties.
