Examples of Software Charges in a sentence

  • DIR shall be responsible for paying all Software Charges on such Servers in full, no later than the last date on which such Software Charge is no longer applicable.

Related to Software Charges

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.
