DIR shall be responsible for paying all Software Charges on such Servers in full, no later than the last date on which such Software Charge is no longer applicable.
Such amounts actually paid or incurred and any other associated Software Charges must be approved in advance by DIR for license fees and the provision of maintenance and support Services in respect of the Software which is installed on a Mainframe and categorized in Attachment 4-B as “SSC”.
