Software Charges definition

Software Charges means any charges levied by Capita Business Services Ltd
Software Charges means the date by which the BID Xxxx as set out in the Demand Notice must be paid. means charges levied by Capita Business Services Ltd. (or their successors in title). “Sum Unpaid” - means the amount of the BRS-BID Levy which is unpaid after the Single Instalment Due Date.

Related to Software Charges

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.
