Software Fixes definition

Software Fixes means corrections and bug fixes to the Licensed Software to correct issues and deviations in the Licensed Software. All such fixes delivered to the Licensee shall become part of the base Licensed Software under the Agreement.
Software Fixes means such modifications, patches and/or other changes to Software to be provided by AXESSTEL to TTL free of charge in the event of a defect in the Product.
Software Fixes means software problem fixes, critical patches, modified documentation or other changes intended to correct feature/function deficiencies in the Hardware and/or system vulnerabilities. 4.3.2 “Software Update(s)” means changes to the Hardware which incorporate accumulated Software Fixes into the then-current version of the Hardware. Where Supplier has provided the Software, Supplier will, at its expense, provide NCR with all Software Fixes and Software Updates developed by Supplier during the Term of the Agreement. Where NCR’s Software or a third party Software is used, Supplier in conjunction with NCR, will embark upon NCR’s Change Request process in a timely manner.

Examples of Software Fixes in a sentence

  • Customer agrees to install all Software Fixes, Minor Updates and Major Upgrades in accordance with the instructions and in order of receipt from INAPL.

  • AXESSTEL shall ensure that the Software, Software Updates, Software Fixes and Software Upgrades (if purchased by TTL under this Agreement) do not result in degradation of the Product and the existing services/features provided by TTL to its subscribers.

  • Artisoft shall provide TAIS with all Software Fixes and Updates of the Licensed Software at the same time as their public release.

  • Receipt of Software Fixes or other enhancements shall not serve to extend the limited warranty period.

  • In addition, AXESSTEL covenants that it is entitled to grant the rights to the use of all Software, Software Fixes, Software Updates and Software Upgrades.

  • Artisoft hereby grants to TAIS a worldwide, perpetual (subject only to termination pursuant to Section 14) license to use, reproduce, have reproduced, market, have marketed, distribute and have distributed the customized versions of the Software prepared for TAIS by Artisoft under Section 3 hereof (only in object code form), including, without limitation, all Updates and Software Fixes and (collectively, the "Licensed Software"), in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (the "License").

  • No royalties shall be due upon any distribution or sublicense of any Licensed Server Versions or Software Fixes, provided that TAIS has already paid a royalty to Artisoft for the copy of the software being updated.

  • AXESSTEL shall provide Software, Software Updates and Software Fixes to TTL [***] during the applicable warranty period.

  • Where Supplier has provided the Software, Supplier will, at its expense, provide NCR with all Software Fixes and Software Updates developed by Supplier during the Term of the Agreement.

  • Artisoft shall make an initial deposit of the Escrowed Materials within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date and shall make updated deposits within ten (10) days of any material change in the Licensed Software, including, without limitation, Software Fixes and Upgrades, and within ten (10) days of the provision to TAIS of any customized versions of the Licensed Software identified in Section 3 ).

Related to Software Fixes

  • Software Error means a reproducible defect or combination thereof in the Software that results in a failure of the Software when used in accordance with the Documentation. Software Errors do not include those errors caused by (a) Licensee’s negligence, (b) any unauthorized modification or alteration Licensee makes to the Software, (c) data that does not conform to Licensor’s specified data format, (d) operator error, or (e) use not conforming to the Licensor’s supported technical environment specified in the Documentation.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Font Software means the software provided by Branding with Type which, when used on an appropriate Device or Devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades, updates, related files, permitted copies, permitted conversions, and related documentation.

  • Oracle Software means any software agent, application or tool that Oracle makes available to You for download specifically for purposes of facilitating Your access to, operation of, and/or use with, the Services.

  • Software Update means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as updates will be identified A.B.x where the x designates the release as a Software Update.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • Supported Software means the supported software identified in the Proposal. System means the designated information technology environment in which the Software is to be used. Term means the term of this Agreement specified in clause 2.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Hosted Software means: (a) Hosted NCR Voyix Software; and (b) Non-NCR Voyix Software provided by a third party as a hosted software application or cloud service and for which Customer purchases a subscription through NCR Voyix pursuant to an Order (“Non-NCR Voyix Hosted Software”).

  • Software Upgrade means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which adds new functionality and feature enhancements to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as Software Upgrade will be identified A.B.x where the A &B designates the release as a Software Upgrade.

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Tyler Software means our proprietary software, including any integrations, custom modifications, and/or other related interfaces identified in the Investment Summary and licensed by us to you through this Agreement. • “we”, “us”, “our” and similar terms mean Xxxxx. • “you” and similar terms mean Client.

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Computer software maintenance contract means a contract that obligates a seller of computer software to provide a customer with:

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Computer software means computer programs, source code, source code listings, object code listings, design details, algorithms, processes, flow charts, formulae, and related material that would enable the software to be reproduced, recreated, or recompiled. Computer software does not include computer databases or computer software documentation.

  • Computer Hardware and Software means, with respect to any Debtor, all of such Debtor's rights (including rights as licensee and lessee) with respect to (i) computer and other electronic data processing hardware, including all integrated computer systems, central processing units, memory units, display terminals, printers, computer elements, card readers, tape drives, hard and soft disk drives, cables, electrical supply hardware, generators, power equalizers, accessories, peripheral devices and other related computer hardware; (ii) all software programs designed for use on the computers and electronic data processing hardware described in clause (i) above, including all operating system software, utilities and application programs in whatsoever form (source code and object code in magnetic tape, disk or hard copy format or any other listings whatsoever); (iii) any firmware associated with any of the foregoing; and (iv) any documentation for hardware, software and firmware described in clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) above, including flow charts, logic diagrams, manuals, specifications, training materials, charts and pseudo codes.

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including Specially Written Software and Assigned Software and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Business Software means with respect to a Licensor, all Software to the extent Controlled by such Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date, which Software is reasonably required as of the Effective Date for the conduct of (i) the Agriculture Business if the Licensee is AgCo, including as listed on section (i) of Schedule Q, or (ii) the Materials Science Business if the Licensee is MatCo, including as listed on section (ii) of Schedule Q, in each case (in respect of the foregoing (i) and (ii)), only if and to the extent such Licensee and its Affiliates have not been granted a license or other rights to use such Software under the Separation Agreement or any other Ancillary Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Business Software expressly excludes any and all Excluded IP.

  • Owned Software means all computer, software or firmware programs, modules or libraries owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
