Software price definition

Software price or ”Software fee” in Amazon terminology) is paid by Customer for setup, pre-configuration of Software components and usage of installation and configuration scripts produced by Database Consulting. This is not however charge for any of Software Components listed above nor charge for usage of Software Components nor charge for any of its license.
Software price. Means the amount that the Customer is obliged to pay for the acquisition of the Software User Licenses. The amount payable and the method of payment, as well as the maintenance contract fees shall be specified in the Special Conditions document. Changes in the price level of the maintenance contract shall not be applied retroactively. The maintenance contract fees may be revised at the beginning of any contract extension. Software Errors do not include those errors caused by (a) Licensee’s negligence, (b) any unauthorized modification or alteration Licensee makes to the Software, (c) data that does not conform to Licensor’s specified data format, (d) operator error, or (e) use not conforming to the Licensor’s supported technical environment specified in the Documentation.

  • Software means any and all computer programs, including any and all software implementations of algorithms, models and methodologies, whether in source code or object code; databases and compilations, including any and all data and collections of data, whether machine readable or otherwise; descriptions, flow-charts and other work product used to design, plan, organize and develop any of the foregoing, screens, user interfaces, report formats, firmware, development tools, templates, menus, buttons and icons; and all documentation including user manuals and other training documentation related to any of the foregoing.
