Solar Incentives definition

Solar Incentives means any accelerated depreciation, installation or production-based incentives, investment tax credits and subsidies including, but not limited to, the subsidies in Schedule 1 of the Special Conditions and all other solar or renewable energy subsidies and incentives.

More Definitions of Solar Incentives

Solar Incentives means any accelerated depreciation, installation or production-based incentives, investment tax credits and subsidies including, but not limited to, the “Incentive Payment” under the SMART Program and all other solar or renewable energy subsidies and incentives but does not include the Allocated Percentage and associated AOBCs.
Solar Incentives means any accelerated depreciation, installation or production-based incentives, investment tax credits and subsidies, and any other solar or renewable energy subsidies and incentives. This does not include any public grant funding that is applied for, and directly received by, either the Purchaser or the Licensor.
Solar Incentives means any accelerated depreciation, production tax credits, investment tax credits, cash grants in lieu of tax credits, and any other federal, state or local tax credits or incentives available to owners of photovoltaic systems, whether now existing or newly created during the Term.

Solar Incentives means those Governmental Authority and/or Local Electric Utility incentives set forth in Schedule 1, attached hereto.

Related to Solar Incentives

  • STIP means the Company’s short-term incentive plan under Section 8 of the Company’s 2007 Omnibus Incentive Plan, effective May 8, 2007, as may be amended from time to time, or any successor plan, program or arrangement thereto.

  • SIP means Session Initiation Protocol.

  • Annual Incentive Award means an Award made subject to attainment of performance goals (as described in Section 14) over a performance period of up to one year (the Company’s fiscal year, unless otherwise specified by the Committee).

  • Clawback Eligible Incentive Compensation means all Incentive-based Compensation Received by an Executive Officer (i) on or after the effective date of the applicable Nasdaq rules, (ii) after beginning service as an Executive Officer, (iii) who served as an Executive Officer at any time during the applicable performance period relating to any Incentive-based Compensation (whether or not such Executive Officer is serving at the time the Erroneously Awarded Compensation is required to be repaid to the Company), (iv) while the Company has a class of securities listed on a national securities exchange or a national securities association, and (v) during the applicable Clawback Period (as defined below).

  • Incentive Compensation means any compensation that is granted, earned or vested based wholly or in part upon the attainment of a Financial Reporting Measure.

  • Incentive Payment means the payment to a STGU, including an AOBC Generation Unit, for RPS class I Renewable Generation Attributes and/or Environmental Attributes produced by these units, calculated pursuant to Section 7.0 below.

  • Density bonus means a floor area ratio bonus over the otherwise maximum allowable density permitted under the applicable zoning ordinance and land use elements of the general plan of a city, including a charter city, city and county, or county of:
