Sole Use Facilities definition

Sole Use Facilities means an integrated resource recovery facility, performing one or more of the functions of a MRF, composting or HHW Facility which is located within the boundary of the Authority and is owned by one Participating Agency or a private entity, but in all events is operated for the benefit of the residents and/or constituents of the IWMA Region.
Sole Use Facilities means those facilities of the Enterprise which are utilized by only one of the Members. The Sole Use Facilities for Livermore comprise the Livermore peaking ponds, the pump station constructed near Livermore’s wastewater treatment plant, and the interceptor from the Livermore treatment plant to the Joint Use Facilities
Sole Use Facilities means a facility or facilities for the diversion or removal of portions of Solid Waste prior to disposal, owned either by one or more, but not all, of the Members directly or by a private entity, but which in all events is operated in a manner which would be consistent with and not adversely affect or interfere with the operations of an existing Joint Facilities and the operations of the Authority for the benefit of one or more, but not all, of the Members and which is either rate regulated directly by the Authority or the rates are otherwise approved by the Authority.

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Common Facilities means those facilities located on Landlord’s Property which Landlord designates from time to time as “common facilities”, including, but not limited to, building systems, passenger elevators, materials dumb-waiters, pipes, ducts, wires, conduits, meters, HVAC equipment and systems, electrical systems and equipment and plumbing lines and facilities, cafeteria, showers, conference rooms, auditorium and video/telephone conferencing meeting facilities.

  • Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Off-site facility means a structural BMP located outside the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.
