Spare Parts Locations definition

Spare Parts Locations means any of the locations at which Spare Parts are held by or on behalf of the Borrower and which are designated in accordance with relevant Aviation Authority requirements.

Spare Parts Locations means any of the locations designated from time to time by the Grantor at which Spare Parts are maintained by or on behalf of the Grantor, which initially shall be the locations set forth on Schedule I hereto and shall include the additional locations designated by the Grantor in any Security Agreement Supplement.

Spare Parts Locations has the meaning set forth in any applicable Spare Parts Security Agreement.

More Definitions of Spare Parts Locations

Spare Parts Locations means any of the locations described in the initial Mortgage Supplement, and any subsequent Mortgage Supplement at which Pledged Spare Parts are held by or on behalf of the Grantor.

Spare Parts Locations means, with respect to the Borrower, Compass and Mesaba, “Designated Locations”, as such term is defined in the NWA Aircraft Mortgage, the Compass Aircraft Mortgage or the Mesaba Aircraft Mortgage, as applicable.
