Specified Governmental Entity definition

Specified Governmental Entity means The Federal National Mortgage Association, Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, Gxxxxx Mxx, HUD, the FHA, the VA or the United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development and, in each case any successor thereto.

Specified Governmental Entity means any Governmental Entity in the United States or any State thereof.

Specified Governmental Entity means (i) any U.S. federal Governmental Entity, or (ii) any non-U.S. or supranational Governmental Entity listed in Section 6.01(b) of the Company Disclosure Schedule.
