Sprint Customer definition

Sprint Customer means a Customer of Sprint.
Sprint Customer means any Person purchasing Wireless Service directly from Sprint or its Affiliates, under the Sprint brand name (but not including any customer of a Sprint Roaming Alliance Participant, or any customer of any other entity using the Sprint designation), from a Private Label Service Provider pursuant to a Private Label Service Agreement, or from a Sprint Network Affiliate; provided that in each case, the handset of such person is both CDMA compatible and is programmed with Sprint’s national PRL.
Sprint Customer means each of the following: Sprint; wireless companies under common control with Sprint; all companies that have executed a Management Agreement or Affiliation Agreement with Sprint or wireless companies under common control with Sprint and which are commonly known as “Sprint PCS Affiliates”; all Sprint resellers (including without limitation, AT&T, Liberty, Qwest, Virgin Mobile, members of Sprint Private Label Service Program and resellers who sign resale agreements with Sprint after the date of this Agreement; and customers of any such entities).

  • If Customer purchases either of these connections from Sprint, Customer must execute the separate Wireline Agreement for that connection.

  • Upon request by Sprint, Customer shall provide Sprint with financial statements or other indications of Customer's financial and business circumstances.

  • Sprint shall provide BA Customer information for resold Sprint Resale Service dial tone lines to the PSAP as that information is provided to Sprint by BA where and to the same extent that Sprint provides Sprint Customer information to the PSAP.

  • Where CBT provides installation, CBT's representatives shall inform an Sprint Customer to contact Sprint if such Customer requests a service change at the time of installation.

  • Until the port from the previous carrier is successful, the Sprint wireless Product will only be able to call 911 and Sprint Customer Care.

More Definitions of Sprint Customer

Sprint Customer or “Customer” means a customer of one or more services or products offered by Sprint or a Sprint Affiliate. “Sprint Data” means all information collected or developed by (i) Sprint or a Sprint Affiliate regarding Sprint Customers or (ii) by Supplier regarding Sprint Customers (but only in their capacity as Sprint Customers), including, under each of the clauses (i) and (ii) of this definition, location-based information, all phone or other identification numbers issued to Sprint Customers, all electronic serial numbers, all Sprint Customers personalization information and all automatic number identification information and all information described in the Federal Communications Commission’s definition ofCustomer Proprietary Network Information” as set forth in 47 USC Section 222(h)(1) (as amended and interpreted from time to time). “Supplier Personnel” means any employees, subcontractors or agents of Supplier who perform Services, act on Supplier’s behalf or are paid by Supplier in connection with this Agreement. “Supplier System” means any program, system, data or network of Supplier or any Supplier Customer. “Sprint Routing Guide” is attached as Exhibit B. “Sprint System” means any program, system, data or network of Sprint or any Sprint Customer. “Standalone Software” means Software that is not embedded in hardware and intended to operate separately on a computer. “Supplier Personnel Compensation” means wages, salaries, fringe benefits and other compensation, including contributions to any employee benefit, medical or savings plan and all payroll taxes, unemployment compensation benefits, including withholding obligations. “System” means the following configuration of Products: “Unmitigated Vulnerability” means any technology or configuration that, from a security perspective induces unacceptable operational risks and, is (i) inconsistent with industry-accepted practices, (ii) susceptible to being hacked, broken into or compromised, or (iii) referenced by the Carnegie Mellon CERT® Coordination Center at w▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. “Uptime Availability Standard” is the number of hours a System or Product is available for use by Sprint in a calendar month, expressed as a percentage of the total hours during that calendar month.
Sprint Customer means each of the following: (i) Sprint, all Affiliates of Sprint, all Sprint Network Managers, and all resellers of Sprint (including MVNOs), to the extent any such entity provides PCS Services; and (ii) all end-user customers (including Hybrid Customers) that purchase PCS Services from any of the foregoing entities.
Sprint Customer means the entity to which Sprint or a Sprint Affiliate provides managed Network Services through use of the Products.
