Standard Award definition

Standard Award means an amount determined periodically for each Position Rate under the AT&T Short Term Incentive Plan or predecessor short term incentive plans.
Standard Award means, with respect to a Participant, an Award that provides for time-based vesting conditions based on such Participant’s continued employment or performance of services for the Company until the relevant vesting date(s) specified in the Award Agreement (or, in lieu thereof, an Award that provides for time-based repayment conditions with respect to a Participant, in the event of such Participant’s failure to perform the requisite continued employment or services until such date(s)).

An Employee is eligible to participate in the Plan if: 1. Related to Standard Award

  • Cash Award means an award denominated in cash.

  • Performance Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Participant with respect to a Performance Award.

  • Performance Unit Award means an Award granted under Article XI of the Plan under which, upon the satisfaction of predetermined Performance Goals, a cash payment shall be made to the Holder, based on the number of Units awarded to the Holder.

  • Stock Unit Award means a right to receive shares of Common Stock which is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 7(c).
