Delegate means any delegate, agent, attorney or co-trustee appointed by the Security Agent.
Union Delegate means an Employee elected by Union members and endorsed by the Union to represent the interests of Union members. All parties to this Agreement shall be notified as soon as practicable after the election of a Union Delegate. Union or CFMEU means The Construction, Forestry and Maritime Employees Union (Queensland Northern Territory Construction and General Divisional Branch).
District Manager means the District Manager of the appropriate local district office of the Ministry, where the
Delegated Functions means a function of the Director or the Lord Chancellor delegated to you by an Authorisation;
Authorized delegate means a person a licensee designates to provide money services on behalf of the licensee.
Delegates means those persons elected or appointed to vote in a representative assembly for the election of a director or directors or on other matters.
State historic preservation officer means the governor’s appointee who is responsible for the management of the historic preservation program of the state and compliance of the state historic preservation program with federal statutes and regulations of the National Park Service.
Delegated Authority means any person or committee delegated with authority by the Municipality in terms of the provisions of the Municipal Finance Management Act.
Delegatee means, with respect to an eNote, the party designated in the MERS eRegistry as the “Delegatee” or “Delegatee for Transfers”, who in such capacity is authorized by the Controller to perform certain MERS eRegistry transactions on behalf of the Controller such as Transfers of Control and Transfers of Control and Location.
District superintendent means the superintendent of a district or the chief administrator of a public school academy.
Supervisee means an individual who has submitted a supervisory contract and has received board approval to provide clinical services in social work under supervision.
City’s Manager means a manager who at the relevant time carries such designation from the City under, or in accordance with, ARTICLE 5;
Local district officers means those local district board members that are required
District administrator means the department employee assigned the overall supervision of the departmental operations in one of the Commonwealth's construction districts.
Chief administrator means the Chief Administrator of the New
Delegation means the issuing of a written authorisation by a delegating authority to a delegated body to act in his stead, and in relation to a duty, includes an instruction or request to perform or to assist in performing the duty, and ‘delegate’ and ‘sub-delegate’ has a corresponding meaning;
Secretariat means the office constituted as per Sub-Clause (1) of Clause 6 of the Scheme.
Chief law enforcement officer means the chief of police of cities and towns and sheriffs of counties, unless a political subdivision has otherwise designated its chief law-enforcement officer by appropriate resolution or ordinance, in which case the local designation shall be controlling.
local council means a local council established under the Local Government Act, 2004;
State Management Committee means a Committee comprising representatives from the Confederation of Western Australian Industry, the Trades and Labor Council of Western Australia, Technical and Further Education (TAFE) and the relevant Federal and State Government Departments which approve traineeship arrangements by agreement of each of the parties. The State Management Committee may be established pursuant to the provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act, 1975 or any amendment to or substitution of that Act, provided that any Committee or body established in lieu of the State Management Committee has the same representatives structure and decision making processes as that Committee.
Ministerial Council means the Ministerial Council established by Part III.
Clearance Officer, W CAR:MP:FP:S, Xxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000. Comments on the collection of information should be received by September 17, 2002. Comments are specifically requested concerning: Whether the collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the Internal Revenue Service, including whether the information will have practical utility; The accuracy of the estimated burden associated with the collection of information (see below); How the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected may be enhanced; How the burden of complying with the collection of information may be minimized, including through the application of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology; and Estimates of capital or start-up costs and costs of operation, maintenance, and purchase of service to provide information. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to, a collection of information unless it displays a valid control number assigned by the Office of Management and Budget. The estimated total annual reporting burden is 470 hours, based on an estimated number of respondents of 470 and an estimated average annual burden hours per respondent of one hour. Books or records relating to a collection of information must be retained as long as their contents may become material in the administration of any internal revenue law. Generally, tax returns and tax return information are confidential, as required by 26 U.S.C. 6103.
Chief Administrative Officer (CAO means the person appointed to the position of chief administrative officer for the Town of Okotoks within the meaning of the Municipal Government Act;
