  • Stock Option Plan shall, to the extent not otherwise provided in the applicable Stock Related Documents, remain exercisable in accordance with their terms but in no event for a period less than the lesser of (i) three months following such termination of employment or (ii) the remaining term of such stock option or stock appreciation right (which remaining term shall be determined without regard to such termination of employment).

  • L/C Related Documents has the meaning specified in Section 2.06(b)(i).

  • Related Documents mean and include without limitation all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Indebtedness.
