Storm Water Facilities. The storm water system serving the Property, in whole or in part, including areas designated Private Water Dentention Easement or Wetlands and Stormwater Management Facilities on the Plat of Subdivision, conduits, inlet and outlet storm sewers and structures, xxxxx (including electrical service and discharge pipes) (1) storm water collecting facilities dedicated to and accepted by or owned by governmental bodies or which governmental bodies have agreed to maintain and (2) storm water collecting sewers and facilities within a Building Site, the principal purpose of which is to serve such Building Site.

Storm Water Facilities means the following public improvements: storm water detention or retention basins; storm water conveyance facilities including pipes, ditches and open channels; water quality features, and any improvements constructed as required by permit issued by a Regional Water Quality Control Board.

Storm Water Facilities means the infrastructure that accepts and transports the water discharged from the MJ Plant storm water pond, further described in Schedule E, as such may be revised from time to time by mutual agreement of the Parties;

Storm Water Facilities means the drainage structures, conduits,

Storm Water Facilities means structures, devices, facilities or design features, including ditches, vegetated xxxxxx, channels, pipes, drains, inlets, outfalls, pervious pavements, retention basins, detention basins, and other above-ground and below-ground features sometimes known as “post-construction Storm Water controls,” “green infrastructure,” or “low impact development,” that are designed, constructed or installed primarily to reduce or control Storm Water discharge volumes, flows or rates, or to prevent or minimize Storm Water contact with, transport of, or discharge of, sediment, Toxic Materials or other material from the Premises. Functions of Storm Water Facilities include any one or combination of the following: the collection, conveyance, transport, treatment, or discharge of Storm Water.

Storm Water Facilities means various storm water and drainage works, which may include inlets, pipes, pumping stations, conduits, manholes, energy dissipation structures, stream channels, outlets, retention/detention basins, infiltration practices and other structural components.

Storm Water Facilities means the 48” concrete culvert (and related limestone façade) constructed to convey storm water beneath Xxxxxx Drive in a natural drainage area which area includes a steep drop-off from Xxxxxx Drive.

Storm Water Facilities or “flood control facilities” shall mean all natural and manmade conveyances and structures for which the partial or full purpose or use is to convey surface flood runoff water within the jurisdictional boundaries of the Metropolitan Government. This includes all natural conveyances (1) for which the Metro Government has assumed a level of maintenance responsibility; (2) to which the Metro Government has made improvements; (3) which have or may pose a threat to public property because of flooding; or (4) or for which the Metro Government is accountable under federal or state regulations for protecting the water quality within its jurisdictional boundaries.

Storm Water Facilities means the facilities to be designed and built and that are designed for draining of Storm Water from public roads, streets and/or squares and including facilities that are necessary for their operation and maintenance.

Storm Water Facilities means and refer to all basins, pipes, swales, inlets, outfalls, dissipaters, spreaders, systems and other components and facilities appurtenant thereto as are constructed for the purpose of storm water drainage management.
