Strata Committee definition

Strata Committee means the committee of persons representing the Owners Corporation appointed pursuant to the Act. Land means the land comprised in the Strata Plan and all improvements thereon (including the Building). Altair means the building erected on the Land and known by that name bearing the address 0 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxx XXX. Owners means persons who own lots in the Strata Plan.
