Strategic Alliance Client definition

Strategic Alliance Client means any Person (other than a Restricted Subsidiary) engaged in a Related Business to which the Company provides, or reasonably expects to provide, financing or asset securitization expertise in return for asset-backed underwriting or placement agent commitments.

  • Collaboration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
