Structural Repairs. STRUCTURAL REPAIRS shall mean repairs to the roof, foundation, and permanent exterior walls and support columns of the Building.

Structural Repairs means only repairs to the foundations, the structural subfloors, columns and beams and the structural portions of bearing walls and roofs of the Premises and specifically excludes maintenance of every kind.

Sub-lease means the sub-lease attached to this Deed as 'Attachment 5: Sub-Lease terms and conditions'. Tenant means a person accommodated as a tenant of a Dwelling and as the context requires, may refer to all Tenants collectively or each Tenant individually. Term means:
