Structural Repairs definition

Structural Repairs means repairs and replacements to the Building's foundations, load-bearing walls, columns and joists and replacement of roofing and roof deck.
Structural Repairs. STRUCTURAL REPAIRS shall mean repairs to the roof, foundation, and permanent exterior walls and support columns of the Building.
Structural Repairs means only repairs to the foundations, the structural subfloors, columns and beams and the structural portions of bearing walls and roofs of the Premises and specifically excludes maintenance of every kind.

More Definitions of Structural Repairs

Structural Repairs means repairs or replacement to the roof, foundation, floors, and permanent exterior walls and support columns of the Building.
Structural Repairs means measures taken to correct structural defects that result in substrate and/or moisture problems which cause or contribute to the creation of lead hazards, including, but not limited to, roof repairs, plumbing repairs, and repairs to flashing and gutters. Structural repairs also include repairs to return windows to operable condition.
Structural Repairs shall be deemed to mean repairs and replacements of and to the structural steel, foundation, roof deck and bearing walls only. The term non-structural repairs shall be deemed to mean all repairs and replacements other than structural repairs.
Structural Repairs means repairs necessary from time to time to the foundations, supports, beams, exterior roof and bearing walls of the Building, painting exterior walls, landscaping and replacement of Common Area fixtures, provided that if any dispute shall arise between the Landlord and Tenant as to whether any given repairs are or are not Structural Repairs then the matter shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Act (British Columbia) decided by a single arbitrator who shall be a duly qualified Civil Engineer named by the Landlord and the Tenant and the decisions of such arbitration shall be conclusive and binding upon the parties hereto;
Structural Repairs means structural repairs and replacements with respect to the Improvements approved by Lender or for which disbursement is otherwise permitted in accordance with Section 16.3.
Structural Repairs means repairs necessary to keep the building from collapsing or sagging, or to prevent the Premises from being condemned because of structural insufficiency. The Landlord shall have no liability for failure to perform this obligation to repair unless the Tenant shall have first given the Landlord written notice of the need for such repairs. Structural Repairs. The DDA shall, at its own expense, maintain and make necessary repairs to the structural elements of the premises, including the foundation, roof, exterior walls, and structural systems, unless such repairs are due to the Development Partner’s negligence or misuse of the property.
