Student Acknowledgement means an acknowledgement from the Student, in the format set out in Schedule 2. Student Placement means a curricular industry based experience that is a required component of the Course, provided by the Host for the Student on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.

  • Functional Acknowledgement means an acknowledgement Message by the receiving party’s computer software application which automatically confirms the receipt of a Message at the moment of receipt;
