Examples of Subclass Counsel in a sentence

  • After Final Settlement Approval, Co-Lead Class Counsel may ask the Court to set aside up to five percent of each monetary award and derivative claimant award to facilitate the Settlement program and related efforts of Co-Lead Class Counsel, Class Counsel and Subclass Counsel.
