More Definitions of Subcontract Price

Subcontract Price means the total sum payable to Subcontractor as specified in the Subcontract and/or PO for the proper execution of the Subcontract and/or PO, as may be modified only by means of a Variation;

Subcontract Price means the total price to be paid by AIT to Subcontractor in consideration of Subcontractor’s full performance of the applicable Purchase Order, as set forth in the Purchase Order.
