  • Later in 2008, MWSP was split into two distinct subprojects: (i) Subproject 1: Melamchi River Water Diversion Project covering all project activities in the Melamchi Valley, including the Water Diversion Tunnel (WDT) and Water Treatment Plant (WTP); and (ii) Subproject 2: Kathmandu Valley Water Supply and Sanitation Project to undertake distribution network improvement inside Kathmandu Valley.

  • In no event shall Owner have the right to issue a unilateral acceleration directive requiring Contractor to achieve Substantial Completion of Subproject 1 or Substantial Completion of Subproject 2 prior to the original Guaranteed Substantial Completion Dates specified in this Agreement as of the Contract Date, as applicable.

  • Until Substantial Completion of Subproject 2, Contractor shall provide instrument air for testing and operation and compressed air suitable for construction, testing and drying and any other purposes required in connection with performance of the Work.

  • All such documents and other media, including all copies thereof, shall be returned to Owner upon the earlier of expiration of the Defect Correction Period for Subproject 2 and termination of this Agreement, except that Contractor may, subject to its confidentiality obligations as set forth in Article 19, retain one record set of such documents or other media.

  • This shall include the telecommunications line rentals from Notice to Proceed until thirty (30) Days after Substantial Completion of Subproject 2.

Related to Subproject 2

  • Subproject means a development activity proposed by a Beneficiary under Part A.2 (d) of the Project and financed or to be financed through a Subproject Grant (as hereinafter defined) made out of the proceeds of the Development Credit;

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

  • Phase 2 means the second implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2022 and continuing thereafter.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Construction Completion Date means the date by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by the Independent Engineer as per Article 14.1.

  • Base Building Work means the base building work for the Building as described in this Manual.

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
