Subscription Licences definition

Subscription Licences has the meaning given to it in Section 1 of the Subscription Licences Addendum.
Subscription Licences has the meaning given to it in sec. 1 of the Subscription Licences Addendum at- tached hereto. « Licences d’Abonnement » a le sens qui lui est donné à l’Article 1 de l’Annexe relative aux Licences d’Abonnement joint aux présentes.
Subscription Licences means a licence to allow Authorised Users to access and use the Service from a Seat during the period for which the Customer has paid the Subscription Fee solely for the Permitted Purpose as part of Customer's or the Licence Beneficiaries (as the case may be) internal business operations, in accordance with the terms of the Contract.

Examples of Subscription Licences in a sentence

  • The fee is highly recommended for Perpetual Licences and is compulsory for Yearly Subscription Licences.

  • They are NOT compatible with existing Yearly Subscription Licences.

  • The Subscription Licences shall be valid for the period specified in the applicable Order (the “Subscription Term”) until terminated pursuant to Section 3.3 of this Subscription Addendum.

  • For Subscription Licences that include Support Services, the Support Term shall be the same as the Term of the Subscription Licences.

  • This Subscription Licences Addendum is effective upon acceptance of the terms of this Subscription Licences Addendum by Customer and shall remain in force for the duration of the Agreement.

  • The term of the Subscription Licences starts on the agreed date or, if no date has been agreed, upon AvePoint making the subscription-based Licenced Property available to the Customer.

  • In that case it will not be possible to purchase the Subscription Licences without the corresponding Support Services.

  • All Subscription Licences shall automatically renew at the end of the term on the anniversary of the Order unless terminated by the Customer in writing no less than three months prior to the end of the then current term.

  • The preceding sentence notwithstanding, and except as otherwise agreed between the Parties, the Customer may distribute Subscription Licences granted by AvePoint to its Affiliates for use by its Affiliates’ Authorised Users.

  • Except as may be set forth on the Support Addendum, Subscription Licences Addendum or Software as a Service (SaaS) Addendum attached hereto, AvePoint is under no obligation to provide any services to Customer with respect to the Licensed Use.

Related to Subscription Licences

  • Subscription License means a particular type of license to a Software Product that allow s a Customer to use the Software Product for a specified period of time identified in the Quote. For reference, a Software Product that is a Subscription License shall have the word “Subscription” in the Software Product name and/or have the letters “SU” at the end of the product number for the Software Product.

  • exploration licence means an exploration licence under Part 2 of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1990;

  • Subscription Rights means the right to participate in the Rights Offering.

  • Subscription Software means software provided and hosted in the Computing Environment by SAP on a subscription basis as part of the HEC Subscription offering as identified in the Order Form.

  • Licences - means conditional use of another party’s intellectual property rights.
