Supplied Data definition

Supplied Data means the data provided by the Licensor to the End User under the terms of this End User Licence.
Supplied Data means any information, documents, designs and data supplied to the Operating Company, directly or indirectly, by or on behalf of the Scottish Ministers, whether by their consultants, agents, servants or other such personnel.
Supplied Data means catalog information, product information, pricing data and User business rules provided by User and contained in the Marketplace.

  • The Licensor grants to the End User a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence (revocable pursuant to the terms of this End User Licence) to use Supplied Data for the End User Purpose for the Term.

  • End User's Obligations The End User shall Use the Supplied Data exclusively for the End User Purpose and for no other purpose.

  • The End User shall maintain accurate and complete records of its use of the Supplied Data.

  • In the event of termination or expiry of this End User Licence, the End User shall within 30 days of such termination or expiry destroy (or at OS’s or the Licensor’s option return) all the Supplied Data in any media which it holds or for which it is responsible (including any Supplied Data embedded in any other material) and provide, at OS’s or the Licensor’s request, a sworn statement by a duly authorised person that it no longer holds any Supplied Data.

  • Deidentified data means data that:

  • De-identified data means information that has all Personally Identifiable Information, including direct and indirect identifiers removed or obscured, such that the remaining information does not reasonably identify an individual. This includes, but is not limited to, name, date of birth, demographic information, location information and school identity.

  • Anonymized Data means any Customer Data, from which all identifying information has been removed so that the individual data or information of a customer cannot be associated with that customer without extraordinary effort.

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning given in clause 8.1(h).

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the JBE Materials or Confidential Information.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.
