Supplier Representatives means all persons engaged by the Supplier in the performance of its obligations under the Contract including:

Supplier Representatives means all persons engaged by the Supplier in the performance of its obligations under the Contract including:  its employees and workers (including persons employed by a third party but working for and under the control of the Supplier);  its agents, suppliers and carriers; and  any sub-contractors of the Supplier (whether approved under clause 31 (Sub- contracting) or otherwise).
