Supply Forecast definition

Supply Forecast shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(b) hereof.

Supply Forecast means that term as defined in Section 5.2. 1.23. Supply Forecast means forecast provided by Sun for the supply of Products as stated in Clause 4.1 above and on 1st August of each calendar year.
