Support Day means Monday to Friday (inclusive) excluding bank and public holidays;

Support Day means, for each location where VNS (or, if applicable for the Product in question, VNI or any VNI Subsidiary) provides Maintenance & Support Services, the greater of (a) the normal business days typical for that location (e.g., for VNS' location in California, Monday through Friday, excluding VNS holidays), or (b) the actual business days of operation at that location.

EHG will notify the Client in advance of any Business Days on which the Support and Maintenance Services will not be performed.
