Support Query definition

Support Query means your query for Technical Support via online form, e-mail or support phone line, filed by your Support Contacts or end users. 7 “Escalation support” shall mean your eligibility to escalate Critical Defects with our 24/7 global escalation support which use might be charged without prior notice at 200% of our standard rates if your support escalation reasonably proves unjustified.
Support Query means a written query or enquiry received from the Customer via email during the Support Hours.
Support Query means your query for Technical Support.

  • Network Upgrades means modifications or additions to transmission-related facilities that are integrated with and support the Transmission Provider’s overall Transmission System for the general benefit of all users of such Transmission System. Network Upgrades shall include:

  • Wireless support structure means a freestanding structure designed to support or capable of supporting small cell wireless facilities. Wireless support structure does not include a utility pole.
