Supported Users definition

Supported Users means the persons working from the Supported Location and/or using Supported Products in the course of the Customer’s business.
Supported Users those Customer users entitled to report Faults and utilise the Support Services;

More Definitions of Supported Users

Supported Users means the persons working from the Supported Location and/or using Supported Products in the course of the Customer’s business. “Controller”, “Data Subject”, “Personal Data”, “Processor” and “Processing” shall have the respective meanings given to them in applicable Data Protection Laws from time to time (and related expressions, including process, processed, processing, and processes shall be construed accordingly) and international organisation and “Personal Data Breach” shall have the respective meanings given to them in the GDPR.
Supported Users mean the authorized users of Platform Services (“Supported Users”) listed by Subscriber name in the Order Quote form, specifically, the contact information for at least one and a maximum of three representatives who will be authorized to submit tickets and exercise rights for hosting granted by this Agreement. No other Subscriber representatives will be so entitled, and they will be redirected via email to one or more of the Supported Users. Subscriber will promptly notify Xxxxxxxx.xx in writing of any changes to the Supported Users.

  • Licensed User means an employee, contractor or agent of Client who is authorized by Client to access and use the Licensed Software, to whom a password and user ID has been issued by Client and whose access to the Licensed Software has not been terminated, suspended or surrendered.
