SURROUNDING OWNERS definition

SURROUNDING OWNERS. Means the registered owners of the properties directly adjacent to the subject property as well as properties abutting any streets to which the subject property has direct access within such a radius, with the subject property as centre point, as determined by the local municipality and also such other owners or interested parties as the local municipality may specify.
SURROUNDING OWNERS means the owners of any property abutting or sharing a common boundary with the relevant property including any property which is only separated by a road and any such other owners of property in the near vicinity as the Local Authority may specifically identify;
SURROUNDING OWNERS means the ‘Land’ which is contiguous to the ‘Land’ which forms the subject of the ‘Application’, even though it may be separated by a ‘Road’ or ‘Panhandle’, except if indicated differently by the ‘Local Authority’.

  • Building Owner means the owner of record of a building.
