System Completion definition

System Completion means Successful Completion of the last Acceptance Test Procedure in respect of the System; for greater certainty, System Completion shall be deemed to have been achieved if ExpressVu has commenced commercial operation of its DTH Service and the System is operating at least as well as the system used by ESC to provide its DTH Service in the U.S;
System Completion means that time when the Licensee has provided written documentation to the Issuing Authority that its 450 MHz Cable System has been fully upgraded to a minimum 750 MHz Trunk and Distribution System and service has been made available to one hundred percent (100%) of the residential households in the Town.

  • If the proposed Contractor fails to complete the installation of the equipment/or service or the Equipment is not fully operational by the System Completion Date, the Contractor shall be liable to pay liquidated damages at the rate specified in the Invitation to Tender.

More Definitions of System Completion

System Completion has the meaning set out in Schedule B.

Related to System Completion

  • Hot Work means work involving electric or gas welding, cutting, brazing, or similar flame or spark-producing operations.

  • Shift Work is defined as the same work performed by two or more employees or two or more successive sets or groups of employees working successive periods.

  • Completion means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract.

  • The Work means each and every activity required for the successful performance of the services described in Section II, the Terms of Reference.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Testson Completion means the tests which are specified in the Contractor agreed by both Parties or instructed as a Variation, and which are carried out under Clause 9 [Tests on Completion] before the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.

  • Start means the day falling the Relevant Number of Index Days prior to the first day of the relevant Interest Period.

  • Tests after Completion means the tests (if any) which are specified in the Contract and which are carried out in accordance with the Specification after the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Virtual Completion means the premise is in the opinion of the Employer fit for occupation.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Continuous work means work carried on with consecutive shifts throughout the twenty four hours of each of at least five consecutive days without interruption except during breakdowns or meal breaks or due to unavoidable causes beyond the control of the Employer.

  • Work Day means any day that an Employee is regularly scheduled to work and for which the Employee receives payment from the Employer.

  • Urgent Work means any urgent measures which in the opinion of Engineer-in-charge become necessary during the progress of the work to obviate any risk of accident or failure or disruption of generation which become necessary for security.

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Contract Work means everything required to be furnished and done by the Contractor by any one or more of the parts of the Contract referred to in Article 1, except Extra Work as hereinafter defined.
