System Maintenance Window definition

System Maintenance Window means in respect to the Digital Iris Services, scheduled maintenance windows during which Digital Iris Services access will not be available to Customer due to required system maintenance, upgrades, and other hosting requirements.
System Maintenance Window means scheduled outages for which FIS needs to perform regular, technical maintenance. The System Maintenance Window is Sundays between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. CT except once a month where FIS may use an extended System Maintenance Window for the purposes of major infrastructure or application upgrades. The Service may be down during the System Maintenance Window. 1.2
System Maintenance Window means scheduled outages for which Metavante needs to perform regular, technical maintenance (e.g. NCP maintenance, CPU IPL’s, DASD installs, IMS gens, etc.). This type of maintenance is performed Sundays between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. CST/CDT, between 4:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. CST/CDT for West Coast locations, or between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. CST/CDT for some East Coast locations. These activities may result in downtime during the System Maintenance Window.

Related to System Maintenance Window

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.
