Technical maintenance. TEHTRIS updates the various components of the TEHTRIS Service (Appliance, servers, databases, application of security patches, etc.). All or part of the TEHTRIS Service may occasionally be temporarily suspended due to interventions required for its proper operation. TEHTRIS shall not be liable for any impact of such unavailability on the User's activities. Technical maintenance is scheduled by mutual agreement with the User, except in case of an emergency maintenance (such as a security patch). .

Technical maintenance. Exaccta will act diligently and will maintain the website and the App used by the USER in the reasonable conditions of accessibility and continuity according to market standards, making its best efforts to satisfy the user's objectives. Exaccta guarantees solving the problem in the shortest time possible, considering the available resources at the time the application fault occurs and the availability by the companies contracted by Exaccta for the provision of the maintenance and accommodation services of Exaccta's servers. The USER may contact Exaccta's technicians through the e-mail xxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx, during office hours on all working days. Any communication to Exaccta will generate an internal ticket that will be communicated to the user's login email for his control and monitoring.
Technical maintenance. Scheduled technical works are performed in the hours of the least activity of users. During scheduled maintenance works server availability may be temporarily limited. In case the server availability will be limited during the planned maintenance, the user is notified of such works via email at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of such works. Hostman, LTD has the right to perform technical works without warning in case of emergency and in case of necessity to provide uninterrupted work of the user’s resources.

Technical maintenance. Value of Technical Maintenance support shall be invoiced in monthly installments during the first twelve (12) months of the applicable period which shall be from the date of Provisional Acceptance to the date of Final Acceptance. A monthly installment shall cover an elapse of days equivalent to one calendar month.
Technical maintenance. The contractor shall provide technical advice and assistance for serviced equipment and associated end items. The contractor is responsible for configuration management for assigned systems and equipment. The contractor shall prepare: repair parts lists, special tool lists, maintenance allocation charts, maintenance work requirements, manuals, guides, training videos, and other required documentation as directed. The contractor shall maintain, repair, and modify various types of systems and equipment. Referenced documents include the OEMs directives, Government-provided technical data, or contractor-generated technical data.
Technical maintenance. 12.1. Within the term of license validity set forth in Paragraph 11.1 of the Agreement the Company undertakes to transfer, for remuneration specified in Paragraph 6.2 hereof, to You all necessary rights on the Software updates and supplements.   • Support and Maintenance Where Licensee purchases support and/or maintenance services, Licensee’s initial support and/or maintenance term will begin upon delivery to Licensee of the Licensed Software and continue for one (1) year thereafter (or the length of the term if less than a year for any subscription/term license) unless otherwise specified in the applicable annual support and/or maintenance agreement, Product Order, or other written agreement executed between Licensor and Licensee. Where Licensee purchases support and/or maintenance for any Licensed Software, Licensee hereby agrees that it shall purchase such support and/or maintenance services for all of Licensee’s licensed units of such Licensed Software product. Support and/or maintenance services provided by Licensor will be subject to Licensor’s then current applicable standard annual support and/or maintenance agreement unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing.

  • Repairs and Maintenance The Tenant shall (a) take good care of the Apartment and all equipment and fixtures in it; (b) promptly make all necessary repairs and replacements whenever the need results from the Tenant's act of neglect or the neglect of Tenant’s family members, guests, visitors or contractors (if consented to by Landlord); (c) keep the Apartment and any other part of the building used by the Tenant as clean and safe as possible; and (d) promptly notify the Landlord when there are conditions which need repair. Landlord shall have a reasonable amount of time to make repairs. Tenant shall be responsible for reimbursing the Landlord for the cost of any repairs that are not "normal wear and tear" repairs, any such costs shall be considered additional rent; (e) shall not attach to, hang from or place anything on the railings of the patio or deck; and ( f ) Tenant agrees not to install any partition walls. No outside contractor is authorized to perform any services at the Apartment or apartment complex unless approved in writing by a representative of the Landlord. If Tenant contracts for any such services without written consent of the Landlord, Tenant shall be wholly responsible for the payment for any such service and shall hold the Landlord harmless against any claim made by a contractor who performs any such service at the request of the Tenant. Tenant shall also be responsible for returning the apartment back to its original condition, or else shall be liable to the Landlord for the costs incurred for the Landlord to do so after Tenant vacates.
