System or Application downtime definition

System or Application downtime means accumulated time during which the System is totally inoperable within the Scheduled Operation Time but outside the scheduled maintenance time and measured from the time the state or its employees log a call with the SI team of the failure or the failure is known to the SI from the available measurement tools to the time when the System is returned to proper operation.
