Target Substantial Completion Date definition

Target Substantial Completion Date means each of the Target Substantial Completion Date for Subproject 1 and the Target Substantial Completion Date for Subproject 2 and “Target Substantial Completion Dates” means collectively the Target Substantial Completion Date for Subproject 1 and Target Substantial Completion Date for Subproject 2.

Target Substantial Completion Date has the meaning set out in Section 3.1;

Target Substantial Completion Date means the date specified in Attachment E, which represents the target date for achieving Substantial Completion of Subproject 5.

Examples of Target Substantial Completion Date in a sentence

• Landlord’s failure to substantially complete Landlord’s Work by the Target Substantial Completion Date shall not be a default by Landlord or otherwise render Landlord liable for damages.

• The Target Substantial Completion Date is the date on which the construction requirements set forth in the Project Agreement are achieved.

• Contractor shall be entitled to an adjustment to the Contract Price for reasonable, additional costs incurred by Contractor for delay or in mitigation or avoidance of a delay which would otherwise meet such requirements of this Section 6.9. • Notwithstanding the foregoing, any adjustment to the Target Substantial Completion Date shall extend the Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date in the same amounts so that the Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date for Subproject 5 is always sixty (60) Days after the Target Substantial Completion Date for Subproject 5, regardless of whether the delay impacts only the critical path of the Work to achieve the Target Substantial Completion Date and not the Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date.

More Definitions of Target Substantial Completion Date

Target Substantial Completion Date means the Target Substantial Completion Date for Subproject 6(a) and, if elected by Owner under the LNG Berth 3 Option pursuant to Section 4.10A herein, the Target Substantial Completion Date for Subproject 6(b), and “Target Substantial Completion Dates” means collectively the Target Substantial Completion Date for Subproject 6(a) and Target Substantial Completion Date for Subproject 6(b).

Target Substantial Completion Date means the date specified in Attachment E, which represents the target date for achieving Substantial Completion.

Target Substantial Completion Date means the date set forth on the Project Schedule, by which the Plant shall have achieved Substantial Completion in accordance with the terms of the Construction Contract.

Target Substantial Completion Date means the date specified in Attachment 5, which represents the target date for achieving Substantial Completion of Project 5.
