Task Order Price definition

Task Order Price. The value of the Pre-Priced Tasks, Non Pre-Priced Tasks, quantities and Adjustment Factor required to complete the Detailed Scope of Work.
Task Order Price means, with respect to each Task Order, the all-inclusive, lump-sum amount stated in the Task Order that the Authority will pay the Contractor for its proper and complete performance of the Work. For each Construction Work Package, the Task Order Price will be comprised of the following three components: the CMR Construction Services Approved Direct Cost; the CMR Construction Services General Conditions Fee; and, the CMR Construction Services Fee. Further, for Construction Work Packages without Pre-Construction Services, the Task Order Price will also include the incentive amount, if any, earned under Section 6.2.2. For each Pre-Construction Work Package, the Task Order Price is the CMR Pre- Construction Services Fee.

  • The County may evaluate the entire JOC Task Order Price Proposal and compare these with the County's estimate of the Detailed Scope of Work to determine the reasonableness of approach, including the appropriateness of the tasks and quantities proposed.

  • The County reserves the right to issue a unilateral JOC Task Order authorization for the Work if a JOC Task Order Price Proposal cannot be mutually agreed upon.

  • The Detailed Scope of Work, JOC Task Order Price Proposal, Subcontractor Listing, Shop Drawings and required Non Pre-priced backup documentation will be submitted upon completion of the emergency work in accordance with the Ordering Procedures detailed in Section III above.

  • Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.

  • Purchase Order (PO) means a written offer made by a purchaser to a supplier formally stating the terms and conditions of a proposed transaction.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Contract Price means the price payable to the supplier under the contract for the full and proper performance of his contractual obligations.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Unit Price Work means the Work, or a portion of the Work, paid for based on incremental units of measurement.

  • Cost of work , in table above, shall mean the agreement amount of the work.

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.
